VPN tariffs

Virtual Private Network is the optimal business solution for companies with more than 10 active subscriptions, which enables the creation of a virtual private network of its company mobile phones according to the offered profiles. Along with existing T-Mobile numbers, employees of the company which uses VPN all get short internal codes. By calling these short codes employees can talk to each other at especially favorable rates. Calls toward other networks in Croatia are charged at the lowest rates.

Profiles

Define the types of allowed calls and time intervals for each VPN member.

Profile examples:
Profile 1: calls within the VPN network allowed, calls outside the VPN network barred
Profile 2: calls within the VPN network allowed and all domestic calls allowed, all calls toward the 060 numbers and international calls barred
Profile 3: all calls allowed

All calls defined by the user profile are business calls and T-Mobile will send the bills for those calls (together with the monthly subscription) to the company’s address.

VPN user who wants to make a call which is not allowed for his profile, can make that private call by entering the prefix 9 before the phone number they wish to call. Bills for private calls (together with the fee for using this option) will be sent to the VPN M user’s home address.

VPN Privatni račun (private bill)

The company can determine in advance which T-Mobile services each employee (i.e. each mobile phone number) will be able to use for business purposes within their VPN network, thus avoiding excess and unwanted expenses. This option can be obtained free of charge.

VPN user who wants to make a call which is not allowed for his profile, can make that private call by entering the prefix 9 before the phone number they wish to call. Bills for private calls (together with the fee for using this option) will be sent to the VPN M user’s home address.

Set the expense limit for each VPN member and accomplish complete control of expenses for business calls and other mobile services.

VPN Sezona (season)

VPN Sezona enables companies to adjust their costs of mobile communication to their own business needs and the season in which their work volume is increased. Additional subscribers can be temporarily included into the company’s VPN network and the monthly subscription for those subscribers will be charged only for the period in which their connections were active.

This service is available for all T-Mobile VPN users with more than 7 active subscriptions and a 24-months minimum contract duration. The company will be able to use the service for 4, 5, 6 or 7 months in the year non-stop, depending on their needs. The company will also determine the starting and ending date of the season, as well as the number of workers they will include in their VPN network. During the “non-season” period, the subscription of temp workers will be deactivated, and monthly subscription for them will not be charged.
